In a special weekend edition of “Readings” I am pleased to welcome author Andi Marquette. In addition to her New Mexico lesbian mystery/romance series (Land of Entrapment, State of Denial, The Ties That Bind), Andi also has a science fiction novel (Friends in High Places), and has co-edited with R. G. Emanuelle a short story collection “Skulls & Crossbones” featuring women pirates of every ilk. Join me for a wide-ranging discussion of Andi’s writing. And now, appearances!

I’ll be at the Book Haven in Salida, CO on March 17th from 5-7 PM with my books, a plethora of snacks, and fun and frivolity. R. G. will also be in attendance to sing pirate songs with me and show off her soon-to-be-released Italian vegetarian cookbook (we are jills-of-all-trades, yes?).

Yeah, I know. It’s an out-of-the-way venue. But trust me on this. It’s going to be fun!
